-Income Based W2 ($50,000 or less a year)
-Medicaid -Snap -Section 8 -Lifeline -SSI -Veterans Pension/Survivors Benefit.

When you apply to Marylands Energy Savings program, receive discounted internet service or free phone service. The qualifications for The Virginia Energy Savings program are the exact same qualifications to receive discounted internet or free phone service. Once your electric savings enrollment is complete, your enrollment agent will provide instructions on how to receive your cash assistance and the discount off of your internet or free phone service.
